Alternative Provision and Inclusion Support in Sheffield

OSMIS Sheffield provides mentoring, inclusion support and Alternative Provision for children and young people across Sheffield and North East Derbyshire. Our programmes are designed for pupils who may need a different environment, a trusted mentor and a personalised approach to learning, confidence and emotional development.

Supporting Primary and Secondary Pupils

Our Sheffield provision supports both primary and secondary-aged learners, including young people in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 with higher levels of need. We work with schools, families and referring partners to create support that helps each young person feel safe, understood and ready to make progress.

Primary Step Out Programme

Through our work with the Progression Team, OSMIS Sheffield supports the Primary Step Out programme. This gives pupils access to focused mentoring and inclusion support away from their usual school setting, while still keeping education, emotional development and future reintegration at the centre of the plan.

Our Sheffield location works in collaboration with Riley’s Boxing and Fitness Centre, giving young people access to a positive, active and structured environment. This partnership helps us build programmes around confidence, routine, social interaction, resilience and personal development.
